Watch for the return of your favorite salon: The Big Blue Marble... Big Blue Marble brought a nationally recognized salon presence to the Chicago and southwest suburbs for over 10 years. Mismanagement by one owner led to deleterious changes that compromised the quality of service and the work environment. The doors closed November 2005 and a weak shell of the former business took its place. With demand from the Big Blue Marble clients, the owner and a core of the original employees are bringing it back. Soon we are coming back with all the excitement, fun, and talent it was always about.
